HOW TO VIEW THE CUSTOMER EMAIL RECEIPT
To view a customer's original email receipt, go to Order Manager on the top of the page or from inside of a store. Select the order and then click Order Messages on the left-hand menu. Then click Details under View on the order confirmation email.
To access it from inside of a store, click Message History under Communication on the left-hand menu. From here, you can see the whole store message history.
Then click Details under View on the order confirmation email.
