Adding Multiple Artworks to a Product

How to Add Multiple Artworks to a Product(s)

Often you may design products to have a more than one logo on the product. If you know you plan to design the products like this from the start you should add the products into the store following these steps here. However, if the customer requests an additional artwork location after you've already created a process or if you are trying to add multiple artworks to items such as hats, backpacks, coolers, etc. here is how to accomplish that.

How to Add Artwork to the Products when the Artwork DOESN'T Exist Yet (If you would like to see how to add an existing artwork to a process see the link here)

1) Select Process from the Left-Hand Menu

2) Select  for the Process the product you want to add the artwork to is assigned to. (If you add artwork to a process where the product is NOT assigned, the artwork will not be an option to display on the product.)

3) Rename the process to match the decoration style (If necessary) Ex: "Full Front" --> "Full Front/Locker Tag"

4) Scroll down to the "Artwork" section and select the

5) This will open up the "Add Artwork" box.

6) Select  and type in the title of the artwork you intend to upload

7) Select Where you wish the artwork to fall. If it does not fit the pre-determined locations, select "Other"

8) Select  (You may want to rename your process to fit how the products are now going to be decorated. e.g. from "Full Front" to "Full Front/Full Back")

9) Select Artwork from the Left-Hand Menu

10) Locate the artwork file you just created and select

11) Select  (This will open up your computer files where you can select the PNG file of the artwork)

12) Select the PNG file you wish to upload

13)  We suggest typing in the colors involved in the "Decoration Color" box  and the colors the artwork will appear on in the  "Garment Color" box. The information you type in here will appear on your work orders for your production team to see exactly what colors are involved with the artwork. (See example below)

14) Select

15) If you selected a pre-determined location for the "Artwork Location" then the image will automatically appear on the product.

*If you selected "Other" for you "Artwork Location" then See the link here to display the artwork on the product image*
