Change the Delivery Method on an Order

This is a great tool to know for going into the busy season!

To update the delivery method of an order, find the customer's order through Order Manger. Use the different filters to narrow down your search: Customer first or last name, email address, phone number, or order number.

Once you select the Order:

  1. Click the pencil button next to Shipping
  2. From here you can either Choose Group Pick up, In-Store Pickup, or Shipping. You can also add an additional price and update/add a shipping address right from this section.

Please Note: If you're changing the delivery method to Shipping and you want to charge the customer for the shipping, you will have to get the payment information to add that charge to their order.

If you're changing the delivery method to either Group Pick up or In-Store Pickup you can change the New Amount to $0 and click Accept. This will allow you to refund the customer the shipping amount.
