View The Customers Email Receipt

Chipply makes it easy to view the customer's original order receipt.

To View a Customer's Original Email Receipt:

Go to Order Manager on the top menu or from inside of a store. Select the order and then click Order Messages on the left-hand menu. Then click Details under View on the order confirmation email.

To access this from inside of a store, click Message History under Communication on the left-hand menu. From here, you can see the whole store message history. Then click Details under View on the order confirmation email.
