Send to Specific Stores Inside of ShipStation
If you are taking advantage of Chipply's integration with ShipStation, you can now designate which store within ShipStation you would like your Chipply orders to go to.
How to Send Specific Stores Inside of ShipStation:
1) Within Chipply, click My Account on your top navigation menu.
2) On the left-hand menu under DEALER SETTINGS, click on System Integration.
3) Click on ShipStation. Under ShipStation Settings, click 'Enable ShipStation store selection' and choose your store from the drop-down. If you have multiple stores you might send to, you can keep the drop-down selection as ‘No default’.
4) When your updates have been made, be sure to click SAVE in the top right.
5) Now, when sending orders to ShipStation from Order Manager, you will be prompted to select one of your ShipStation stores. The default store you selected in Step 3 will appear first, but you can change this selection with the drop-down.
If you are not familiar with what ShipStation is, it is a shipping platform that Chipply integrates with. It can generate more accurate shipping rates for your shoppers, as well as print shipping labels.
