Add An Existing Artwork to a Process

How to Create an Artwork and/or Add Artwork to an Established Process

 

There may be a few reasons you need to add an existing artwork to a process. One reason could be you are using the same artwork across different processes. Another reason could be you uploaded a secondary artwork to be added to an existing process. If you need to create the artwork first start at step 1. If the Artwork is already created start at step 10.

 

1) Select Artwork from the Left-Hand Menu

 

2) Select 

 

3) Confirm "Artwork/Logo" is selected then select 

 

4) Type in the title of the artwork in under "Artwork Name"

 

5) Select  (This will open up your computer files where you can select the PNG file of the artwork)

 

6) Select the PNG file you wish to upload

 

7) We suggest typing in the colors involved in the "Decoration Color" box  and the colors the artwork will appear on in the  "Garment Color" box. The information you type in here will appear on your work orders for your production team to see exactly what colors are involved with the artwork. (See example below) 

 

 

8) Select 

 

9) Select Process from the Left-Hand Menu

 

10) Select  for one of the processes you wish to add the artwork to

 

11) Select  next to "Artwork" and open up the dropdown menu under "Existing Artwork"

 

 

13) Select the artwork you wish to upload

 

14) Select 

 

15) Select  to open the Auto Location Placement menu and select where you want the artwork to be placed

 

 

14) Add your pricing to the new artwork (If necessary)

 

 

15) Select
