Refund/Void an Entire Order

REFUND/VOID AN ENTIRE ORDER


To refund an entire order, find the customer’s order through Order Manager using the filters. Once inside the customer's order, click the REFUND button in the top right corner. A box will pop up asking you to confirm that you want to VOID the entire order, in which you can click VOID. Once voided, the customer’s order will no longer be included in the store totals.

Note: You might be inclined to click the delete button (red trash can button) next to each product, and then click REFUND. However, this will ONLY refund the amount for the products, but won’t refund for other cart charges, such as Shipping, Handling, or Tax (and these cart charges will still be included in the store totals).
