Refunding an Item

Refunding a Single Item From a Customer's Order

Find the customer’s order through Order Manager, using the filters. Once inside of the order, find the product that needs to be refunded & click the Trash Can Button.

Once the product is deleted from the order you will see a negative Net Order Difference.

Once you see the negative Net Order Difference in red you can click the REFUND button and it will refund that amount to the customer's credit card. If the credit can't go back to the customer's card, Chipply will ask for a new Credit Card number to refund the amount to.

 

If at any time you want to cancel what you're doing, you can click the RESET button and it will reset the order back to its original state.
