Assigning Multiple Process to Products

How to Assign Multiple Process to Products

By assigning multiple processes to products, you gain the flexibility to provide various logo choices and decoration styles for a single item. Simultaneously, this system segregates these choices in the work order, ensuring that you have a precise record of how each item will be decorated during the production phase.

This capability proves invaluable, whether you run a multi-sport retail store or manage a corporate entity with multiple branches, each sporting its unique logo.

1) Select Artwork from the Left-hand menu

2) Select

3) Select "Artwork/Logo" as the "Item Type" then select

4) Enter the Artwork Name

5) Scroll down and select

6) Select the desired artwork from your computer files

7) Fill out the "Decoration Color" and "Garment Color" section.

7a) If you have multiple variations follow the steps here

8) Select

9) Select Processes from the Left-hand menu

10) Select

11) Enter in the process name. (We suggest adding something that describes the artwork associated with the process in parenthesis . *Example shown below)

12) Select

13) Change the "Ecom Display". The Ecom Display only appears when multiple processes are being offered on single products. This is what the customer is going to see as the title of the decoration choice they will be making.

14) Select  next to "Artwork" to select the artwork that was just uploaded from the "Existing Artwork Dropdown"

15) Select the "Artwork Location" from the dropdown

16) Select

*It may be necessary to repeat step 13 for the original process' "Ecom Display" prior to moving on*

17) Select Product Spreadsheet from the Left-hand menu

18) Select all the products you wish to offer multiple processes on by selecting the  to the left of the product image.

18a) If you are trying to offer multiple process on all items in a previously made process, it may be beneficial to filter the products on the Product Spreadsheet by that process then select all the items at once before moving on to the next step. See the link here to learn how to filter products by a process.

19) Select  at the bottom of the page

20) Select

21) Select all the processes you wish to have displayed as an option

22) Select

Your products will now offer the customer the choice between the multiple processes you selected.
