Prevent Backorders by Using Feeds Based Quantity

Set Dealer Feeds Based Quantity thresholds for the vendors with integrated inventory!

You can set the dealer inventory threshold for the different feed vendors so that a color/size will turn off at the quantity level determined by YOU. Choose a different threshold for each feed vendor based on what’s best for your business.

To update your Feeds Based Quantity threshold:

1. Click MY ACCOUNT in your top menu
2. Next click DEALER SETTINGS
3. Then click Vendor Pricing

From here you can scroll through and update the Dealer Feeds Based Quantity Inventory Threshold for the integrated vendors you use.

How to Turn On Feeds Based Quantity in Your Store

There are 2 ways you can turn on Feeds Based Quantity. You can either turn it on for individual products or for all the products in your store.

To turn on Feeds Based Quantity for individual products:

1. Click Product Spreadsheet on the left-hand Menu
2. Click the pencil button on the product you want feeds based quantity to be on
3. On the top left of the choose colors and sizes box, click Uses Feeds Based Quantity

You can also select multiple products within the product spreadsheet and click MORE ACTIONS, Change Feeds Based Quantity to turn on that feature for specific products within your store.

You will also notice that some of the sizes are highlighted in red. Any size that you see highlighted in red means, it's under your set feeds based quantity and will be shut off until the inventory gets higher than what your feeds based quantity is set as.

To turn on Feeds Based Quantity for your whole store:

1. Click Product Spreadsheet on the left-hand Menu
2. on the top right of your screen click STORE-WIDE ACTIONS
3. Click Set Use Feeds Based Quantity

This method is great for whenever you bring a template into your store and want to see the percentage of colors and sizes that are available for each product.

Once Feeds Based Quantity is turned on you will now see a percentage sign underneath the pencil button. Chipply is letting you know what percentage of the colors and sizes you choose are being offered.
