Email Customers Based on Shipping Type
To email customers for a store, go to Message Customers on the left-hand menu.
Add in a message name and email subject, and then use merge fields to create an informative email for your customer. Next, choose the date and time (in CST) of when you want the email to be sent.
Select the customers you want to email by clicking SELECT underneath Order Recipients.
From here you can filter by the Shipping type: Shipping, Organization Delivery, or In-Store Pickup and click search. Once the filter is chosen, select all the orders to send an email to the customers with that shipping type.
