How to Delete Artwork and Artwork Variations
There may be times you wish to delete artwork but may find that option is not available. This is because the artwork is assigned to a process.
Deleting Artwork Assigned to a Process
If you went to the Artwork page and found you were unable to delete the artwork it is be because the artwork is assigned to a process and needs to be removed from the process first before we can delete the artwork.
1) Select Processes on the Left-hand menu
2) Select on the process the artwork is assigned to
3) Scroll down and either replace the artwork within the process by selecting the artwork drop down selector or select the next to the artwork you wish to remove.

5) Select Artwork from the Left-hand menu
6) Now you will be able to delete the artwork by selecting next to the artwork you wish to delete
How to Delete Color Variations
1) Select Artwork from the Left-hand menu
2) Select on the artwork with the variation you wish to delete
3) Select next to the variation you wish to delete
