How to make an E-Cert Inactive
If an E-Cert has already been used on an order you will be unable to delete the E-Cert because it is attached to an order. If an E-Cert code has been used and you don't want the customer to use the same E-Cert code again you can make the E-Cert inactive.
1) Select "E-Certificates" on the Left-Hand Menu
2) Select the next to the E-Cert you wish to make "Inactive"
3) Select the "Active" checkmark to make the E-Cert Inactive
