How to Add a Cart Maximum to a Promo Code

You or your contact may want to limit the dollar amount of a promo code that can be taken off a cart total when giving a percentage off promo code. 

1) Select Promo Codes from the Left-hand menu

2) Select 

3) Change the type of promo code from "Flat Amount" to "Percentage".

4) Decide if you want the code to apply to the "Cart Total" or the "Order Total"

Order Total = Everything on the order (Shipping, Handling, Taxes, etc.)

Cart Total = Only on items in the cart

5) Enter in the percentage you want to come off either the cart total or order total

6) Enter in your "Max Value of Discount" and then your "Minimum Cart Total"
