Importance of Adding Products to a Process

Assigning Products to a Process When Adding Products to your Store

Assigning your products to a Process when adding them to your store is one of the most important parts of creating a web store on Chipply. It allows you to not only start creating your Work Order right from the beginning, but it also allows you to utilize Chipply's "Auto Image Placement" Feature.

After you have searched for and found the products you want to add to your store, Chipply will intentionally stop you to begin setting up the "Work Order". Here you will have two options to add the products to the store.

Adding Products to

If you are adding products to an "Existing Process" the new products will take on the attributes of that existing process. ie: Artwork, Options, Process Price, etc.

You also have the option to add the products to "Blank Items". Adding products to "Blank Items" means you intend to sell those items without decoration. ie: Cleats/Shoes, Belts, Helmets, etc.

Adding products to "Blank Items" will bring the product into the store without any artwork associated with it.

Adding Products to

If you are adding products to a "New Process" you will be required to type in the title of the process. This title will be reflected on your Work Order pages and group the products together, ultimately producing your "Work Order".

After titling the process you will then be asked to select the "Artwork Locations". Select all the locations where artwork will be applied to the product.
