Catalog Orders - Remove Notification Badge
When running a catalog store in Chipply, every time an order comes in or a batch is finished, you will receive a notification badge next to Catalog Orders.
This badge is informing you that an order(s) has been placed on the store and it is ready to be processed. After the order/batch is processed, you can remove the notification badge by updating the status of the order. Pick the status that applies to the order: either Production, Sorting, Complete, or Backorder. Choosing one of these will remove the notification badge for that order, as it has now been processed.
Step 1: Click Catalog Orders on the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Click Status on the order you are updating.
Step 3: Change the status to Complete (or another status) and the notification badge will go away.
