How to Deactivating a Promo Code and View a Previously Deactivated Promo Code
If a promo code has been used to place an order on a store, you will no longer be able to delete the promo code. Instead, you can deactivate it to avoid the promo code from being used on future orders.
1) Select the Promo Code page on the left-hand menu
2) Select on the promo code you want to deactivate
3) Uncheck the box next to "Active"

How to View Deactivated Promo Codes
Chipply will keep the promo code page relevant and only show the active promo codes on a store. However, sometimes you may need to reactivate a previously deactivated promo code or look at the details of a previously deactivated promo code.
1) Select the Promo Code page on the left-hand menu
2) Select "Show Inactive"
This will open up the list of deactivated promo codes, showing all the promo codes created for the store.
