Email Customers Based on Shipping Type
Chipply makes it easy to email customers based on the different shipping types offered in your store. This is great for updating customers on when their order will be shipped or for letting customers know their orders are ready for pick up.
To Email Customers Based on Shipping Type:
1) Go to Message Customers on the left-hand menu.
2) Add an email subject and email body. Utilize the merge fields to create an informative and personalized email for your customer(s).
3) Set the date and time for when you want the email to be sent.
4) Select the customers you want to email by clicking SELECT underneath Order Recipients.
5) From here, filter by the Shipping type: Shipping, Organization Delivery, or In-Store Pickup, and click Search.
6) Once the filter is chosen, check all the orders and click SELECT.
7) Click SEND to email your customers.
