Add Items to a Purchase Order
You now have the ability to add items to a Purchase Order when placing a PO through Chipply. The additional items do not need to be ordered on a web store and can be simply added to the PO at the time that it's placed. This is great for ordering a couple of add-on pieces, or adding items in order to make freight.
To Add Additional Items to Your PO:
1) Go to Step 3 of the Purchase Utility from either Global Purchasing or from within the individual store.
2) Once on Step 3 for a specific vendor, click More Actions, then Add Product.
3) Search for the product you want to add. You can also utilize the vendor filter to narrow down your search.
4) Select the color of the product. Once the product color is selected, the vendor's size run will be listed. Enter the quantity you want to order for each size. The available inventory for each size will be listed, so you know you aren't adding products that are unavailable.
5) Once the quantities are entered, click Accept.
These products will now be included in the list in Step 3. You can Check Availability and then Order Digitally to have them included on the PO.
