How to Hide Options in Bulk
If you don't want to offer personalization options for multiple items inside a process, you can hide options on multiple products in bulk. For instance, your Full Front Process may offer a Name and Number option. The racerback tank is included on this Process as it is getting that decoration, but you'll want to click Hide Options as there is not room for a Name or Number on the back. To Hide Options on individual products, you can click the Hide Opts button on the Product Spreadsheet (just to the left of Product Cost).
1) Go to the Product Spreadsheet
2) Select the items in which you want to Hide Options by selecting the hollow box to the left of the product image

5) A box will pop up with the different criteria you can show/hide (you can also hide product name, vendor, and style from this box)
6) Select to activate the blue checkmark, then click Accept
Check Box Guide:
- You want your selection hidden
- You want your selection to be shown
- You do not want to modify that selection for these products
For the above photo, the products that are selected will change to having the Options hidden and having the Product Name showing. However, the Product Style and Vendor for these products will not change and will remain in whatever current show/hide status in which they are set.
