Below is a more detailed description of the Organization Information
1) Organization: The name of the group you are building a store for. Creating a specific Organization ex. Johnson High School Softball, Smithville Little League, etc is a great organizational tool for you to be able to access historic store information in bulk on that group.
2) Organization Branch: This will allow you to break down your organization into more specified groups. Ex. "Mayville Heath Care" as the Organization then "Cardiology" as a branch.
3) Organization Contact: Here you can upload the contact information for the specific person(s) you are working with. Having the organization contact's name and email are crucial to include on the settings page to include them on the Automated Emails generated with the store. *Pro Tip: you can include multiple contacts to receive the automated emails simply by selecting the blue plus button again.
4) Organization Contact URL: This URL is automatically created with the creation of the store. This link provides a limited behind-the-scenes view of the success of the store for the organization contact(s). Once the customer logs in they have access to see the sales of the store, fundraising generation, who placed orders, individual order details, the store flyer, and E-certificate usage. *Only applies to Group Stores*
5) Organization Contact URL Password: The password is initially generated by Chipply but can be customized after the store is generated.
