How to find a specific E-Cert Code
If you need to find the status of a specific customer's E-Cert code you can search by either their name or the E-Cert code assigned to them.
1) Select "E-Certificates" from the Left-Hand menu
2) Select
3) Type in either the E-Cert code you are searching for or the Name associated with the E-Cert code
4) Select
