Send Emails/Texts to Multiple Organization Contacts

Chipply makes it easy for you to message all Organization Contacts on a store, even if there's more than one. For example, a head coach and an assistant coach: if both contacts are added to the Settings page, they will both receive emails/texts related to the store launch and other info.

To Send Automated Messages to Multiple Organization Contacts:

1) Go to the Settings page of your store.

2) Hit the plus button next to the Organization Contacts to add either another existing or new Organization Contact.

Make sure to enter the Organization Contacts' email addresses and cell phone numbers, if applicable, so they will receive the messages.
