Copy and Reopen a Store

When you need to “reopen” a store that is already in process, it’s best to copy the store first and reopen it. This will give you the same exact store with no orders, so that you can process any new orders going forward without worrying about what is already in process. Chipply allows you to use the original store URL (as long as the original store is Closed), so that customers don’t even know the difference!

To Copy and Reopen a Store:

1) From your account dashboard, on the left-hand menu click All under ALL STORES.

2) Use the filters to search for the store you would like to copy.

3) To copy the store, click the blue copy store button.

4) Choose what type of store you would like the copy to be and click ACCEPT.

Once the store is copied you can update the open and close date, make any other necessary changes, and then launch your store!
