Complete a Failed/Abandoned Order
When an order on a web store fails or is left abandoned, it is easy to complete that order for your customer through Order Manager.
On a failed order, you are able to see why it failed by clicking Notes & Transactions when inside of the customers order.
See below for the steps on how to complete someone's failed order or abandoned cart.
1) Go to the Order Manager either from the top navigation menu or left-hand menu inside of the store.
2) Under Order Status, filter by Abandoned or Failed, then search.
3) Click Select on the order and then in the upper right corner click Payment.
4) Enter the customer's payment information to complete the order.
5) Click Charge and the order will be completed.
