Updating the Color Tile on Products

How to Update the Color Tile Shown Below the Products

 

Sometimes the color tile under the product doesn't match the products color perfectly. Sometimes that is done intentionally because the color tile selected provides a preview of the artwork on the Work Orders/Sorting List. This happens most often when the product is mostly one color but the area where the decoration will fall on the product is a different color. The color tile is selected based on where the decoration will fall so the "Work Orders" and "Sorting Lists" are most accurate for your production team. However, this could cause some confusion for the customer. Below is how to update the color tile on individual products/colors so they are displayed on the store front.

 

 

1) Select "Products" from the Left-Hand menu

 

2) Select  on the product that needs the color tile updated

 

3) Scroll down and select 

 

4) Towards the Right-Hand side of the page you should see the color boxes associated with each product. The color shown under the "PRIMARY" column will make the color tile displayed on the store front.

 

 

5) To change this, select the drop down to open up the color array

 

 

 

6) Use the color spectrum to select the color you want to be displayed in the color tile on the store front.

 

7) Select anywhere outside of the color spectrum to proceed from selecting the color. *The color tile will seem to not be affected at all from your selection but once you select  the color tile will update to the color you selected.*

 

8) Select
