-100% Fundraising Stores
Setting up your web stores with -100% fundraising is a great way to hide the pricing for shoppers, while still calculating the amount that will be billed to the group on the back end. This is great for various web stores including employee apparel and league uniform stores.
Set up your store at -100% fundraising:
1) Click Product Spreadsheet on the left-hand menu
2) Click STOREWIDE ACTIONS, then select Set Fundraising
3) In the Change Fundraising box, input -100% in the percent field, then click ACCEPT
Since the items are set at -100% fundraising, they will show a price of $0.00. However, on the back end, every item is being calculated as a negative amount. Once the store closes down, the fundraising column will list the amount due from the group.
A few notes to keep in mind:
• Utilize the "Use Size Upcharges" function to ensure customers aren't being charged. Make a note in your Store Notes to add this as an Organization Fee when the store closes to charge this amount to the group.
• Do you typically charge a Handling Fee to each shopper? Add this instead as a per order Organization Fee at the start of your store. This will automatically calculate and be added to what the group owes.
• You also have the ability to apply -100% fundraising to only a select amount of items. Check the appropriate products, click PRICING at the bottom of the page, then select Set Fundraising.
